Book Review: Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol: A Coloring Classic
Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol: A Coloring Classic
2016, 80p, Adult Coloring Book
My Rating=5 Stars
Source: Received a complimentary copy from the publisher, which didn't affect my review in any way
I started collecting coloring books a year ago. When I need to unwind, I pull one out and start coloring. I was excited to get a coloring book based on a classic!
I love the artwork--the illustrators did a fabulous job! It matches the time period and the story. There are lots of fine details on the majority of the pages so it will take many hours to finish this book (at least for me--I enjoy it, but I'm slow). I also liked how the story was condensed and the memorable quotes that were included.
The quality is excellent (thick paper) and will make a great gift! Or just get a copy for yourself and start relieving that stress!
About the Illustrators:
Kate Ware is a designer and illustrator from Wales. She lives in the county of Wiltshire, England, with her husband, pug, and four unruly cats.
Vladimir Aleksic is an illustrator and comic-book artist based in his hometown of Sabac, Serbia.
